Unidentified Space Flag

A space with no ID cannot be linked, so it disappears from the inventory while still existing in the building. Shafts, mechanical rooms and small service spaces are the usual casualties, and their absence understates area and hides assets from maintenance.

• Closed polylines on the space layer are checked for an enclosed room text identifier.
• Those without one are flagged orange in the legend and listed for review.
• The technician either assigns an ID or classifies the space as non-reportable.
• Nothing unidentified is silently dropped from the link.

Alerts the technician to undesignated shafts, mechanical voids and overlooked rooms before they vanish from the inventory.
