Drag-and-Drop Intelligent Symbols

Drop physical assets such as furniture and mechanical equipment directly onto live plans.

What is the drag-and-drop intelligent symbols?

Intelligent symbols are asset markers that carry data. A technician drags a symbol for a chiller, an air handler, a workstation or a fixture onto the live plan, and the placement creates a linked, traceable record tied to that location rather than a drawing annotation.

The problem it prevents

Assets recorded only on a drawing are invisible to maintenance, and assets recorded only in a database have no location anyone can find. Keeping the two in step by hand guarantees drift, and the field technician is the one who pays for it.

How it works

  • Symbols are dropped onto the plan in the browser, no CAD licence required.
  • Each placement writes an asset record linked to its space and coordinates.
  • Symbol type determines the asset class and the data captured with it.
  • Placed assets remain traceable and reportable alongside the space they sit in.

What you get

Bridges physical drawings with interactive, traceable asset databases.
