What is the block interpretation audit?
The block interpretation audit flags blocks the renderer cannot read properly, the ones that appear as blank boxes or empty rectangles instead of real geometry. Door swings, stairwells and architectural assets are checked so the published plan looks like the building rather than a set of placeholder shapes.
The problem it prevents
An un-exploded or nested block frequently renders as a plain rectangle. On screen this looks like a room or a piece of equipment that is not there, and the door swings and stairs that technicians rely on for access planning simply vanish.
How it works
- Blocks are checked for interpretation failures before tiles are generated.
- Flagged blocks are listed with location so the technician can explode or replace them.
- Architectural content such as door swings, stairs and core elements is checked specifically.
- The audit runs against the same interpretation used by the web renderer, so what passes is what users see.
