Infrastructure.Net (IDN) was established with the goal of developing Internet-based software to assist organizations with managing major assets, specifically buildings and related systems. We design our solutions to address the issues clients face with traditional infrastructure and management solutions – cost, usability, and implementation. At IDN, we create custom business processes and management solutions that help you achieve real results in a matter of minutes – not months or years.

We are a self funded organization, we have no debt and no venture capital relationships. The company is proudly employee owned and solely focused on our mission to bring friendly, affordable cloud and mobile based facilities management software to an audience of both new customers and veterans of legacy IWMS solutions.
Founded in the depths of the 2008 meltdown, IDN wanted to be a different kind of software company, one that cared about the people who develop the code, not the shareholders, one that worked hard to solve real customer problems, not pursue an endless cycle of upgrades with unnecessary disruption and costs.
Small and nimble, fast to respond and constantly being innovative have been the keys to our success and longevity. We will continue to focus on our customers and avoid the distractions associated with the all too common priority of building shareholder value at all costs.

Banking:
Our US and Canadian banking facilities are with The Bank of Nova Scotia, or Scotiabank, it is the third largest bank in Canada. The bank has over 11 million customers in Canada, 10 million customers outside of Canada and 92,000 full-time employees.
Our goal is to reduce operations costs by combining increased efficiency with event-driven notification and procedural accountability in infrastructure management business processes.
